This painting symbolizes eternal love between Dato’ Lee Chong Wei and Wong Mew Choo who share a mutual passion towards badminton.
Two entwined rings form a comet-like fireball which lightens up the darkness, forming 6 tails behind it. Together with the 6 tails, the fireball forms a shape similar to that of a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock glowing brightly symbolizes our blessings to the newlyweds to continue to excel in badminton in the future. Behind the 6 tails, red romantic flames form a heart shape to symbolize the love between the couple that arose from their mutual passion towards badminton. The glowing red of the two entwined rings symbolizes the eternity of the burning love between the couple.
