Peony (牡丹花) is always used in fengshui for single ladies/men to have improved luck in meeting their perfect Mr/Mrs Right (桃花运) when the painting/image of peony is placed in the living room. 

I have always wanted to paint this because I like how their petals are soft and folding. This year is not a productive year in art paintings, this piece is the 2nd painting of 2013. I'm glad I created this art because it's striking and straight to the point. 

However, I lost this painting in an art exhibition. Hope it went to good hands. =)
