Rose series with acrylics

My colleague likes my oil pastel rose series and kept telling me she would like those roses for her daughter's room. So, I painted these for her. =) I changed the pink colour to purple because her daughter's favourite colour is purple. And changed the yellow rose petals to red to make it more striking. 

These are fast paintings which took more less than 5 hours for both. No sketches, no pencil lines (actually I started with pencil lines for the petals in the Purple rose, but realized that it's better by naturally adding the petals with brush, so I covered the pencil lines with the colours without even following the lines).
